The Toastmasters International educational program is composed of two tracks:  Communication and Leadership.  This acknowledges Toastmasters’ understanding that these two attributes are often deeply connected as an integrated foundation of success.  Great communicators often make effective leaders; great leaders are often gifted communicators.

The Toastmasters leadership development program is designed not simply as an academic exercise: members learn leadership skills through a curriculum that requires practical application both inside and outside the club environment.
