Meeting Minutes –May 10, 2010 Executive Committee Meeting
1	Frank discussed the upcoming Toastmaster training for July/August 2010	TASC TM officers are required to attend the training.  Frank will provide more information regarding the training dates/times when they become available.
2	Distinguished club status	Club is still on track to achieve Distinguished Club Status
3	Club Officer Elections	Frank reviewed the nominees for the upcoming officer elections.  The elections are scheduled for Wednesday, May 26, 2010 during the weekly TASC Toastmasters meeting.
4	Open House	Planned for June 2, 2010; Frank is coordinating the open house
5	Youth Leadership Status	Joe has completed the Youth Leadership program.  Joe provided a summary of the program and plans to present an overview at an upcoming TASC Toastmaster meeting.
6	Financial Update	Phylisse provided an update of the account – $497.09.  There was discussion of how to use the money in the account.  Perhaps purchase coffee mugs.  There was an action for the officers to review the toastmaster catalog for ideas (online).
