Frank announced that Steve Briese has offered to fill the vacant PR position on the TASC Toastmaster Executive Committee. Wendy has the PR manual and will pass it along to Steve. |
Wendy will give Steve the PR manual when he returns from out of town. |

A rubber stamp with the TASC Toastmaster address, meeting time, and web address was discussed. The stamp will be used for TASC Toastmaster correspondence and handouts. The approximate cost is $25. |

The committee discussed the membership questionnaire. They provided the go ahead to send the questions out to the TASC Toastmaster members. |

The committee discussed the process for bringing in new members. If a guest would like to join the club and the Treasurer or Membership officer is not present, other members can provide the application information to the guest. |
Joe will take 2-3 minutes at a meeting(s) to go over the new member application. Joe will also have copies of the application packet available in a folder at each meeting. |
